5. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

  • Free shipping is available within Australia.

  • Shipping to New Zealand is available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Australia: 2–7 business days

    • New Zealand: 4–18 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Local pickup is available from Dingley Village, VIC when selected at checkout. Pickup details will be provided by email.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
